Thread: Problem with opening the index file

Hi im installing cutenews and im on the file manager and i clicked open its ment to open in the browser but it opens in notepad?

First, I'll ask the obvious question since you have been having issues with getting the FTP manager to work. Did you upload the cutenews folder to your site?

If you haven't uploaded the cutnews folder to your site, you need to do that first.

If you got it uploaded then you need to access the index file from your web browser. The URL will be something like:

www.habbotoday.info/cutenews/index.php

If you uploaded cutenews to a different directory name then you will need to update the above link to reflect that location.
