The program BV allows for php code to be inserted (There is no built in php editor, just as there is no build in html editor).

As far as will the company VodaHost assist in creating php code for your pages, there are a couple tutorials but that is about the extent of it

those are the only two that I can find readily. Naval has posted tutorials for things like tell a friend, and using php to dynamically include your navigation menu. Its not tutorials for learning php, just doing something specific)
