Registeration Forum

Ok, well I wanted to know how to create a registeration forum, with just Username, Password, E-mail, a security code(meaning thats why no one spams and keeps making more and more profiles). Thats all I want in the registeration, though when the person registers I want them to get a random ID number (thats why the person is identified everytime the person places there username and password in the login forum and be routed to there specified profile) that hasn't been already taken on my website. So can someone teach me how to do that, step by step or even just send me what I need to do to create a forum like that for free.

P.S If I need to create a database for this and my login forum also for the persons profile can you also teach me how to create the database for it, for free.

Go into cpanel > fantastico > and then install either phpbb or smf
