Hello everyone!

I watch the video tutorials in regards to manage the phpmyqsladmin, however In the thing where it says "No tables found in the database" I follow the instruction and click "SQL"

My problem is I CAN'T FIND ANY BROWSE BUTTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Below the "Run SQL query/queries on database".

And in tutorial it says click the browse to upload our database file. And i couldn't find any browse button.

Tell me whats going on!!!.
