I add a SQL username because the add on on my server the program i am installing request it but i am stuck at step5 where it need my SQL data and added it but can't connect to database?!

What is a prefix table and how to make use of it?

What is host or domain with SQL ,because it ask to type it,i typed it but didn't helped?

A prefix is an extension of the table names added before it. Just ignore it if you are no comfortable using it, its not required.

Set your host to be "localhost"
