About LinkBacksI was just wondering if it was possible to connect to my MySQL database using the MySQL query browser tool. I've got a database user, added my IP address (even tried allowing all IPs with wildcard), but it seems that the standard port of 3306 is not open. I tried telneting to that port and just get a "Connection failed" message. Thanks for any help.

Is the browser tool an external application? If so you will probably want to open port 3306 on your router or firewall and then it should connect.
