Accidentally banned my user name, now I can't access my Forum or Administrator panel

I was deleting my stam-bots, and a new password logging program I just started using put in my user name on the ban list. I am now locked out of my Forum.
I have been running my Forum now for three years with no problems or updates. I am very rusty on ftp and all of the other things I believe I need to do to fix this problem and maybe update to phpBB 3.0.
Can anyone give me advice on the best course of action.

You will have to find the banned user list in the phpadmin database and remove that name from the list or create a new user and rewrite it into the config file.

I can't seem to find what I need to fix this problem. Is there someone who can do this for me.
I am willing to pay for any service I can get, if it is available.
As of right now, I don't have a plan to get this fixed.
My Forum is running without a rudder.

Are you the Administrator?

See if you can login to the Administrators control panel [ACP]
at the bottom of the forum page.

Once in you can undo the mistake that you did.

Yes, I am the administrator and no I can't log in to the ACP.

I just checked and now my Website is down.

I will try to put in the time to get some help over the next few days.
