About LinkBacksNot sure if this is the right place for this but here goes.
I deleted databases in control panel so that I could start afresh. I now keep getting lots of emails with the following message.....

There has been a problem with the database!
MySQL reported:
Access denied for user 'abbmpxr_smf1'@'localhost' to database 'abbmpxr_smf1'
This is a notice email to let you know that SMF could not connect to the database, contact your host if this continues.

If you have deleted the database but you still have the forum, the forum script tries to connect to the database, but since it no longer exists, it sends you an alert mail

You must uninstall the forum (through Fantastico) and install it from scratch. This will recreate the necesary database for the forum.
