Thread: VotePRO config.php file attributes

I have loaded the votepro into my public.html. Instructions say to change the attributes of the file config.php in the votepro directory. Can someone tell me how to change the attributes of that file to "666" = "rw-rw-rw". Don't like the idea of the 666 as a Christian, but need instructions about how to change the files attributes. Can I do it in my control panel file manager. Or, do I have to do it in the folder and then reload the file to the my public_html. Thanks for your help
