Thread: How to start a database

Hello, I need your advise:
I want to make a page in my website with a list of items.
When a visitor clicks on an item a new page shows up with a description of the item along with some pictures. To make this work I think I have to start a database but I have no idea where to begin.
Must I first study books about MySQL, about PHP or about HTML ?
Or can I just start building the database?
I hope you can help me getting started.

You don't necessarily need a database for this... How many items are we talking about here?

You don't need database for that.okay?just cr8 the pages and hyperlink the pages.That's all

There will be about 250 items. When I create 250 pages and I want to change something about the layout, that is an awful lot of work!
I just started my first website, so changes are very likely to happen in the near future.

I was face so many problems when I was new in database develper. I am very good in database like MySQL, HTML and PHP. If you have any query then share here, I sure to solve, or send database error with description, It helps to solve easily.
