    Default Accessing files from database

    Hi folks,
I have successfully uploaded files in mySQL database. How can I create user access to these files via a web link?

    Regards,

You must not, Benjamin, as this would violate the server security clause in VodaHost's Terms of Service that governs your hosting account.

You can allow simple standard hyperlink to files formatted such as .pdf. .doc (MS Word), .docx (Open Office), etc. so they immediately open for each Visitor, but they need not be downloaded into a Database at all --- simply upload them to your public_html/ directory (root directory) and provide a typical hyperlink to provide universal access to the files, such as this: www.YourDomain.com/file-name.pdf

Remember also, your personal VodaHost Hosting Account is not intended to be nor should you let it become a "file depository" hosting account.
