Your form action is wrong. The form action must be set to be:

http://www.oldenburgandcompany.com/ABVFP/dbts_abvfp.php

Right now it is http://www.oldenburgandcompany.com/dbts_abvfp.php

You have missed the /ABVFP

I have done this umpteen times. I did it again just now, but when you actually submit the forms, it reverts to the link without /ABVF in it. I am copying it right off the link you've given me and pasted it in the Form Layout properties of my BV page; http://www.oldenburgandcompany.com/ABVFP/dbts_abvfp.php. Where does it keep going wrong and why does it keep reverting to a link without the /ABVFP?

I was just checking to see if you were on one of the changed servers and maybe publishing in the old IP address. That's not the case. Please make sure you are publishing to the correcr folder (public_html). Then, if it still doesn't work, contact me with your loggin details and i will fix it for you.

I fixed the form action issue, but you have NOT setup your form. Please do so, or it will not work . I have also found out that there is no table in the database. Probably you have delete that accidentally ?

Please repeat the WHOLE procedure: install ABVFP (do not upload the files, just install), and setup your form.
If you still have problems, mail me again.

ndadmin.php is one of the files of the deprecated version1.0 It no longer exists. Please visit this download location to download ABVFP v2.0

You can create the loggin form quite easily, as any other form. It's the loggin script that might give you problems. You see, this script needs to take all the info from the registration form, and store it in a database. Then, each time a user tries to loggin, it must check with the database, to see if the loggin details are correct, and allow or disallow loggin. Hey Navaldesign,

I seem to be making an error somewhere. I downloaded the new processor and followed the instructions, but now I get this error:

"Could not connect to the Database Server. Please check user details!"

Here is a copy of my connection Strings

Connection StringsPerl$dbh = DBI->connect("DBI:mysql:tzincvay_ABVFP:localhost","tzi ncvay_Alexand","<PASSWORD HERE>");PHP$dbh=mysql_connect ("localhost", "tzincvay_Alexand", "<PASSWORD HERE>") or die ('I cannot connect to the database because: ' . mysql_error());
mysql_select_db ("tzincvay_ABVFP");

Help!

Oh and one more thing, If I want to add forms to my other website, do I need to put the ABVFP in the folder of that subdomain? When I click this url:
http://www.capitaltrace.com/ABVFP/dbts_install.php it works.
However when I try to goto: http://www.balboa87.org/ABVFP/dbts_install.php that url doesn't work.

Probably you have not added the user to the ABVFP database. You need to add the user before he can have access.

You'd better make a second installation of ABVFP. Or, simply copy the files dbts_abvfp.php and dbts_ABVFP_config.php directly from the ABVFP folder (after setup) into the second domain folder.
