There are two ways to view your Database stored info:

1. Through your CP, MySQL section, at the bottom of the page here is a link to phpMyAdmin . Click there, and when it connects, you select database (ABVFP) and table (Form_1, or Form_2 or whatever form you want the info from). Then, when the table is loaded, you click on Browse. This is a possible, but not very easy way to browse your info

2. Have a custom made script, like the one you can see in http://www.dbtechnosystems.com/formexamples2.php

Look at the bottom of the page, there is the link and the ecessary Username / password to see how these interfaces work. If you are interested, you can contact me.

Update of the database table is in real time. Are you sure you have configured the form setup correctly ? Use my contact form, to send me, if you wish, your CP loggin details, i will check it for you.

Checked your database, it has some records that you submitted through your forms. The database, as said, is instantly updated. The first one, i.e. says (as comments) "hello, this is my comment" and "212 joke" as address.

I think I have the advanced processor installed correctly. The Only problem I am h is that when I hit submit the forms, it goes to an internet explorer page at http://www.southfloridarentals-homes...dbts_abvfp.php so I think something is set up wrong. No rush but if you get a chance, can you take a look at it.
Thanks again,
Larry
I think if you weren't here I would have given up. My forms are at

http://www.southfloridarentals-homes..._property.html
http://www.southfloridarentals-homes...valuation.html
http://www.southfloridarentals-homes..._property.html

Do I need To set up the error page, contact page, etc before it will work.

You have the action of the forms set to be

http://www.southfloridarentals-homesales.com/dbts_abvfp.php

but the ABVFP is installed in a folder called "ABVFP" so the form action should be

http://www.southfloridarentals-homesales.com/ABVFP/dbts_abvfp.php

And yes, you need to setup the thankyou page and the error page before it can work. At a first moment, you can use the pages that came with the zip. Open the .bvp files that came with it, in the "BV pages" folder, and save them on your computer, then publish them in your site.

I really want to express my appreciation to you for all your help. I have two more questions and then I should be done.
First can I set up this page as a form and when they hit submit, have the info go into the mls search form, which I can put on another page. If not I will just set it up as a registration page.

http://www.southfloridarentals-homes...al_search.html

Lastly, can I set up a database which will capture all the email address that are entered,, so I can build a file.

Thank you,
Larry

I'm afraid you can't set the form submitted values in the MLS form. That's because the mls form is not on your site, you simply display it in an Iframe in your page. It would be quite possible if the code was on your site.

Yes, you can use it as signup form, and ABVFP can autocreate the necessary database table to store the info (plus IP address and Date of submission, which are standard with ABVFP). However, you will need a database interface to browse, sort, view, edit delete, and finally, EXPORT in csv or excel file the database listings. If you are interested in such an interface, contact me.

Hopefully this is my last question. When I submit my forms, the page that comes up is
http://www.southfloridarentals-homes...VFP_loggin.php

Sorry, I came up with another question. I want to have people register when they access the MLS search. Is there a way
create a hyperlink from a registration form so when they hit the submit button and they proceed to the MLS search form.

Thank you once again,
Larry

You need a customized version of ABVFP to process multipage forms. If you are interested contact me- However, i beleive that all three of your forms could be joined in a unique page.

Could be because you have named your hidden field "FORMID" instead of the correct "Formid" . Try it. If it doesn't work, we will see.

Yes, you can create a registration form, and then send them to another page where the MLS form will be. Make sure that the page of the MLS form is the "thankyou" page for your registration form (in ABVFP form settings)

Hi again Naval, how do we go about this customized version or unique form or would it be easier to have it all on one page
