Using the "C" option....will the Affiliate Banner meet the requirement?

I would like to have my site included in the "Voda Search" feature. There are 3 options A...B...C ......"C" being the free option but a reciprocal link is required.
I already have an Affiliate Banner. Will that meet the requirement for the "C" (free) option?

You need to include in your site the link provided at the bottom of the page which is different from your affiliate link.
