Thread: password for treasure chest

hi i would like to take advantage of the .offer of 2.95 for a new domain name..
i have recently obtained a web hosting package ,all i need now is to be able to enter the treasure chest to continue with my new domains

I have the same problem, but cannot log in to create a support ticket. I've copied and pasted the password supplied in my welcome email (in my case, all the same password), but it doesn't recognise me.

I've tried entering the email account with which I registered and also the email account allocated to me in the welcome mail.
