Smile Rental for a small office in London what do you think

Hi everyone Mirelle here

This is the nearest thread/ forum i could find i just picked the word general out and am using it for my own purposes although its not really a voda host support issue i need some advice from London based people please.

I have been offered a medium- large sized room in an internet cafe to use as my office this includes a modern computer lighting broadband in fact all the expenses like rates etc are thrown in it sounds good to me for a first office re price £100 per week what does any other London small business think.

A big hello to the worldwide vodahost family x

best wishes

Mirelle x

Hi, personally I would take 100 of these if they are on offer & sub let them for twice the price. Lol.
Sounds a real good deal. Depends on what area it’s in.

Hi Chris

Thanks for the advice and Yes i have taken it, everyone i asked said grab it with both hands as its a really good offer and located in a nice part of North London.

Myself not having rented an office before for a business i wasnt sure, loved your idear about sub letting for a profit i cant do that as its a room in the owners business and he is always on site a good idear for future premises though onwards and upwards. LOL LOL LOL

best wishes

Hi, just make sure that it includes everything that is talked about. Rates are the worst that may not be included. But it sounds like that wont be a problem if its just a room.
Was in Muswell Hill myself this morning.

Good luck with the venture. Was in Muswell Hill myself this morning.

Chris

I thought of rates etc especially the expense of business rates and have typed everything he has stated into a contract, including that it is still 400 per month, even on 5 weeks months, and written in that it must be rented to me for 1 year at the stated price.

thanks for the good wishes im really nervous about but also excited.

best wishes

Mirelle
