Adding other languages in OS commerce...help

I'm Elena and quite new on OS commerce, but I would really appreciate help from anyone on how to include chinese, romanian, french and danish language directories. The pre-installation came with english, spanish and german and I guess this is the same for everyone installing os commerce.
