Sandbox deletion - PayPal

I have deleted the Sandbox items in each Add to Cart box on each page, re-saved the file and re-published. When I test the purchase in Preview it all works perfectly but when I access from the web the Sandbox is still in place. I therefore went to the control panel and find that there are two files for each page name. One for some reason has capital letter and the other lower case. I assume that one is the OK file and the other contains the Sandbox. How do I know which is which? Do they run in order i.e. topmost first - i.e. the old file? Any suggestions?

Files don't magically create themselves, you created both of them...Delete the one with the caps and you should be ok.....Don't use caps in any file names...click the below....
