My business provides delivery around the city with a shipping fee set according to zone/location. As far as I can see, my only options on paypal are a flat shipping rate or a percantage. Can you help me with this, please?

Yes that is true with our shipping calculator. You can create your own shipping calculator using shipping and shipping2. Please review the below site:

However, since I have very basic html knowledge (and am therefore building my website using the amazing BV) I am completely clueless as to what to do about the above!
Does anyone know shipping2 and how I can arrange the fees per location?
