    Default Tax rates in paypal

I added an add to cart button to paypal, and entered in the item name/number, price, shipping, etc. I did not enter in a percentage for tax because this number will depend on the customer's location. Is there a way that I have have different tax rates through blue voda- or is this something that paypal has to do for me?

You should go to paypal directly were you can set up domestic sales tax rates, this is for orders processed within your country, you can define a separate sales tax rate for states provinces or country, and you can set up international sales tax rates for orders processed outside your country.
