Flat Shipping Rate

Hi Everyone,

I am building a website to sell different t-shirt designs.

I want to offer a Flat Shipping rate regardless of how many shirts someone buys.

Is this possible? When I make each tshirt "add to cart" button in PayPal it asks about shipping cost for that product.

Do you know how to offer one Flat shipping rate for whatever is ordered?

I am only going to cahrge $3.95 for shipping.
