Need help buying a new video card

Hey everyone,

I am getting a widescreen montior soon for my computer to replace this small 15" and I just noticed that my intergrated Intel graphics card does not drive widescreen and I want to get the best out of this new monitor. I started looking around for some video cards that are not that expensive but I just don't know which one to get. If you could maybe suggest some specific cards, it would be very apreciated, thanks:D.

First thing you would need to do is find out which kind of card you can put in to your computer. I would assume you would have a PCI at least. I would recommend a card from ATI's Radeon series. As for a great deal on the card the best place I know is www.geeks.com
