    Question curious virus? or paranoia?

Ive for the past few months have been getting emails that 'resemble' actual emails that I send, using most but not all of the email addys I actually use...this is just becoming very disturbing as I don't want to open an infected email...obviously already have. the emails I'm receiving are close but not completely correct to the actual names or email that I use. for instance:
    actual: firstlastname@myemail.com
    bogus: firstlastname443@myemail.com
there is always something that make it noticeable that its not coming from a trusted source...but its so unnerving...
    is this familiar to anyone?

There is a lot of this going on at the moment.
There are a couple of sites here that explain it and help to deal with it.
