Ok economides.. no problem.. You need to use a form to be able to do that.. essentially, what happens is you put a form in there where your visitors will complete it.. the form could be just one question and one space to answer.. then, that form is processed and emailed to you containing the visitor's comments.. there are other things to this such as a landing page after the form is completed, where would the cursor be when they open the form page..and so on..

It is important that you read the BV tutorials about forms to understand how forms are done.. it answers all of your questions.. and if you're still stuck, just give us hollar and we'll try to help.
