About LinkBacksAloha, I am having a problem with adobe acrobat. The error message I get is: personalization information is invalid. I downloaded an upgrade 7.0 but it didn't make any difference. Can someone help me?

1)Delete everything you download sofar.
2)Reboot your computer.
3)Download and re-install again, you might have gotten a bad download.
