Uninstalling screensavers?

Does anyone know how to uninstall/delete the windows standard screensavers. I have gone in search and found the .scr files but each time that I delete them they appear in the recycle bin but re appear in the sys32 folder as well. This happens no matter how many times I delete them. Is there some sort of auto re-load thing? or anti deletion protection?

I think if they came with windows, windows sees them as proprietary to their system. Just shut them off and dont use them! if you right click on your screen, properties, you can adjust all those settings and choose not to use them.
