My computer has issues

I cannot sign into the customer support, video tutorials, control panel or templates at the bottom of the BV page. It is as if they have died.

Any ideas?

No idea why they wouldn't work. Try downloading BV again. You won't lose anything, and it might work.

Well, that was a good idea, but it didn´t change anything. The buttons at the bottom of my BV webbuilder page are dead.

Any other ideas? Is BV having a problem or sigh, is it I?

Rats, I too was hopoing it would work for you.
Mine work okay. I fear it is your machine..
Maybe someone else has an idea..Sorry I couldn't be of asistance.

Wait, I didn´t say my computer has issues... where that came from I do not know. The problem is not my computer and I have submitted a ticket, sorry, but I was too fast I guess... in any case, I am here in the community forum on my computer, but I couldn´t get here from my BV webbuilder page where the cf, tempate, video tutorials and control panel buttons can be found. The buttons light up, but do not connect me to the place I click on to go there.

any ideas?

Charles, mine have never worked from day 1, and I posted the problem lasy year. Since then I have reloaded BV many times(to update server Numbers)
and the buttons are still not working......I gave up.......

Hola David... hmmm, I have always dropped into the community forum and my control panel after opening one of my sites pages... never had any problems until today. Fortunately, I have found ways around that path and have found my way here and to my control panel, which is where I wanted to go. Good to know this is not just my issue.

Hola David and Liz,
I submitted a ticket and found that the problem was a lack of a default browser. I had removed Mozilla FF because it wasn´t working well and in doing so had removed the connection to BV.

Maybe this will help you too, David. Thanks Liz for your help.
