This comes from a reliable source, so thought I would pass it on.

If you receive the message (below) in your email, either at work or at home, do not download the file. This is not a real Microsoft message or download...IT IS FAKE!!! Notice the mispelled Outllok at the bottom

URGGGGGHHHH!!!!!!! I'm reading this a day late as I think I fell for it yesterday when I got something similar in email. I had to re-do my computer a couple of nites ago so I thought this was legit. Should I FDisk my HD and start all over again?

Not sure if you have formatted your hard drive or not, bear in mind that re-installing Win Xp or even Vista can be a pain so running protection software helps improve your pc's performance.

Probably the nest recommendation is to make back ups.
