Can we utilize some of the storage space allotment to maintain a backup for personal pc hard drive backup?          |

Hi, I think you will find most servers won’t allow this. It is usually only usable content for the website that is allowed. But there are hosts that specialise in this sort of storage. They offer more secure & different types/styles of backup facilities.
