im starting to have problems when i click on my bv shield on my desktop, it fails to open document and i cannot get in so i can finish before i publish. i even reloaded bv but that does not help either. keeps saying it cannot open bv document. any suggestions?

Hi Carey, Are U using Windows XP? If U are try an "erecovery" first by back dating your recovery date before the problem started. It has happened to me before and the erecovery worked for me and a few others on this forum.

Hi Carey, Here is how: XP has a recovery system where you can back date your system to the day before you did the unthinkable. Click on start Select Programs Select Accessories Select System tools Select System Restore Just select the date before the mistake you made and follow the instructions. Your computer will do the rest.
