Default Problems with Vista/IE7

I have recently changed computers to a Vista machine that runs IE7

I copied my BV file across and downloaded BV

I seem to be have a strange problem

When I view my site - www.dargdaffin.co.uk and choose a page IE "training" the format of the page that is being displayed has changed a lot with some text over the top of other text and also some pictures now moved and obscuring text

When open the relevant pages in BV I notice the same thing that the text and some photos have moved

However I have NOT published any pages or contents to the BV servers since changing machines

It is if there is something wrong with the settings of Vista or IE7 that are not allowing my pages on the internet or the corresponding pages in my BV files to display correct

Cheers

Scott

Thank you. I have other people check my site and they report that the format looks fine

My point is that it does not look correct on my machine (please see screen shot on my first post)

Therefore I am trying to find out whey it looks ok on a 3rd party machine and not my own new vista/ie7 machine

Thanks

Scott

Ok tried that and cleared out saved internet files - no change

The very strange thing is that I have downloaded Firefox and using FF it also shows the same (bad) results

So it must be Vista and not IE7 otherwise FF would show it as OK

So frustrating as I need to update the site

Thanks for the help so far - any further suggestions

Cheers

Scott

I can't confirm this IS a Vista issue but seeing the problems my partner has on her PC which, unfortunately, is also Vista, nothing surprises me!

Having said that, the one thing it hasn't seemd to affect badly is her BV and her website, so this is conflicting with what you are having trouble with.

Is it just this one page? If so what about just rebuilding it, would that be possible?

To further complicate matters the pages I have on BV also show the same bad formatting but I have not published them

I tried to redo a page but when I preview it it shows strange formatting in the preview page

Therefore before I can publish something I need to at least be able to preview it correctly otherwise I will have no idea what people will be seeing.

This is so wierd

Cheers

Scott
