Default Help with Excel

Hello,
I use excel quite a bit and would like to save as html. No problem there. Most documents have 6 columns or less. How can I make all of the other columns (i.e. G-Z) go away? When I save as html there is a large blank white area to the right of the saved info.
I want the html to be just the active area with no space to the right.
Thanks.

Hi, you can try highlighting the columns (Lets say G-N) & then select format>column>hide. Or if not! go the same way , but select the column width instead of hide & make the 1st 6 wider. "16-17" on each column.

Hi Terry,
I always use the column hide option as explained by Chris. You can do the same with the un-wanted rows.
Tip: For quick select. (you probably know this, but anyway...) Select the 1st column you want to hide (cursor changes to downword arrow). Then press Shift+End, then Shift+Right Arrow. (For the rows it will be the Down Arrow).
