Imbedded music player

Please be patient with me as my terminology and spelling are not very clever. I apologise in the outset if this gets very boring for you.

I am a dj for an internet based radio station and have been for 2 years. I wanted to start my own radio station so i subscribe to a server which i buy bandwidth from. I have set up my own little forum about the radio station. I would like to place an imbedded media player(windows) within the forum and when you click play at the times of broadcasting it streams the radio show live.
I have searched the web and found many sites explaining how to do this but not in the great detail i need to understand. I warn you, i really am not that clever on the technical side of working a pc. Most of what i have done is from hours and hours of trial and error and LUCK!!!!!

You most likely would need software/scripting for this. Quite different than just embedding music. You can embed even windows media player for this. If its your own radio im sure theres radio portals or ways to do this other than media player/real player/winamp. You can also use flash players. The easiest way is to insert a google gadget or other sites call them widgets.. but they all come with advertising.
