How do I select a default browser?

My bluevoda page will not let me preview it , and yes i have a default browser. Nor can it even be published. My bottom buttons such a vid. tutorials,templates,community forum, ect. Those button do not work either. I have a vodahost account, but these items wil not work! Please help..

Hi, try this. Close out the program and download the newest version and reinstall it.

I'm sorry, I failed to mention that I've also re-downloaded the newest software. It still giving me the same problems, But thanks for trying.

Have you been working for a while? If so, try restarting your computer. That might help.

Well this has been going on a since i've had the software, so i've restarted it a numerous of times

Im using a PCV-RX660 **** **** Digital Studio PC, im not sure what "specs" your refering too?

OK I looked up the specs and your computer should handle BV without any problems.

Does BV open and can you create a page ?

Sry david, im an old guy, and i wouldn't even know how to tell you the specifications, but no this software on this computer will not let me, unlike my other computer- it has no problems at all..

From the specs, I believe you are using windows XP - correct

If so then you may be having a firewall problem, especially as your other computer is OK with BV.

Yes, thats correct. I'm pretty sure thats not the sprblem, I just went in my Cntrl Panel and put bluevoda on the exceptions list for the firewall, then went and tried to preview in bluevoda, still nothing..then went back to Cntrl Panel and turned off firewall and then went back to bluevoda and the same thing still happend, I really think that its bluevoda- the software itself..

Did you select a browser? I believe you may have to do that.

Bluevoda software has been downloaded thousands of times, thats why we always suggest downloading a fresh copy in case of corruption during a download.............so its NOT bluevoda.

Start looking closer to home.........new computer...new problems.

Yes i have a default browser, im using MSN and this computer not new..

Did you add it to the browser list in BV?

file, preview in browser, edit browser list and add it, if thats your preference and see if that works.

Depending on HOW old and your latest updates, it may be a compatibility issue.
