Yes.. you can do this.. however be advised you will likely bump each other off as you are sharing the bandwidth or slow each other down considerably depending on whose packets transmit first. The benefit is that you dont have to share network space or hook computer to computer first. Most modems these days have built in hubs, up to three hard ports and wireless hook ups for second computers at no extra cost. Just ask your isp. Sometimes its a few bucks more.. but worth the pay off Karen
