There seems to be a lot of folks having problems with the newest version.
I thought possibly someone here may know of a fix.

Think yourself lucky it's fixable... If you have IE you've had it... The constant battle between Adobe Flash and IE causing several crashes a day is a pain in the A*** to say the very least, and no one will accept responsibility or is very likely to!

Hey Karen,

I've done this; that how I figured out 4 sure which version I was running and the supposedly latest update available.

How come my browser only finds update 3.0.13? My part of the world should not make a difference, no?

If I directly download 3.5.0 4 instance, will it update what I have or replace it?

I have IE8 also with no problems.
I did Google the issue before posting. I was hoping someone here at BV had a solution and still use FF 3.5.2

Its most likely one of your plugins.. like norton tool bar. I use 3.5.. no issues.

Im not sure.. mine is set to update on its own and it just notifies me when its going to install them and if i want to or not.

Are you sure youre not looking at one of the other numbers?

It has been 24 hrs since I disabled my plugins and I have not had a crash. I will wait one more day and then enable the plugins one at a time.
