My computer crashed

My computer crashed, and I can't find the newest backup of my work. Is there any way I can download the files from control panel and put them in my BlueVoda file?

It's a tedious process. You can use your BV.

File -> New Page -> From Existing HTML Page...

Select File name as Remote.

You might have to make some adjustments.

Thank you, I have done that but I get an active x error:
it says

One or more active x controls could not be displayed because either:
1). your current security settings prohibit running active x controls on this page or
2). You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls.
As a result the page may not display correctly

Is there a fix for this. I have already gone into internet explorer and set my active x controls to "enable". and I have set my security level to "low".

Any help would be appreciated, thank you
