I suppose you want a "reviews" script. This can't be done with plain HTML (that is, with BV).There are many on the web you can use, just Google it.
You can try the BV guestbook and customize it a bit to look like a blog, and use it in your video pages, however please consider that it is easily spammable.Navaldesign
