  • Access to web builder blocked

My website is www.safersecurityproducts.com and my site builder is Soho.

When I try to login to the site builder from my desk top PC or my laptop I get this.

Your session has expired. Please close this browser window and re-login.

How do I get around it or what is causing it?

I have item that have been sold and I need to check the information before shipping products.

      what is causing it?
This is a message indicating a connection-related issue on your end, typically due to using a local wireless network OR a modem/IP issue (since both units appear to be on the same network): try powering down your computers and modem for at least 3 minutes, disconnecting your modem cables, wiping the leads down to remove any static buildup on them, reconnecting, and powering back up. This should resolve the issue.

If not, you may need to follow up with a dnsflush to clear IP cookies/application hang to get recognized:

      1) Close down all open browsers
      2) On your computer click >>> Start
      3) Next click >>> Programs
      4) Next click >>> Accessories
      5) Next click >>> Command Prompt
This will open a black dialog box...
      6) Type in: ipconfig/flushdns and hit Enter.....
REPEAT PROCESS ABOVE AGAIN BEFORE RESUMING NORMAL ACTIVITY

Re: Access to web builder blocked

Thank you all for your answers. It cleared itself without me doing anything.
I shut the system down last night and booted it this morning and had no problems so it must have been in the modem but I did clear the coach anyway.
I will save this information for future referance and try to remember when in dought clear the coach and go from there.

        Thanks agin

in the future make sure you LOGOUT rather than just close the browser so it removes the cookie from your cache. It will help to minimize that message.
