Email account wont work

Hi
I just updated my phone and then I had to update the emails on it and I managed to get this to work but not my email wont work on my computer. I had this problem a while back and I'm not sure how to fix it as I've checked all the settings.

This is what I had to do last time but it's not working.

Just to re-cap it works on my phone but not on my computer?
