I can not login in my control panel

I have more then 4 hours trying to solve this issue, i forgot my password, i am trying to reset it and when i paste the code i receive this information

Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department.

My account is in a good standing, i have already 12 different domain with you guys

What can I do? please this is urgent!!
