HTTP ERROR 500 - How To Fix Please?

Hi ... I have installed Wordpress on timwebb.co.nz but I'm getting the following error message when trying to access "permalinks", and also "themes". Also, when trying to add a new page, I get the same message. I am using Divi.
The error message I get is the following ...

This page isn�t working

timwebb.co.nz is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Can someone please help? I have no idea how to fix, as I don't know code.
