  • Interesting way to save your bookmark/favourites

Have been using this site for a wile to back up & save my bookmarks http://del.icio.us/
Its all free & part of the idea is you can see other peoples bookmarks & they can see yours. But it saves loads of time searching the net for a particular item as you can see the ones that others have saved, and most people will only save something that is good. There is a lot more to the search's via this site, but have found some good sites & help that dont always come up whith Google & alike.

    Chris.
    Regards Chris.

Every one to their own, but I trying to see the downside of using this site? If your researching for a project or trying to find good information, is it not handy if others have already found it for you that have the same interests, especially with the all the cross referencing facility this site offers. It was more of a research tool that I have used it for & I have found so many good sites that that wouldn’t of show up in Google due to possibly bad SE optimisation. (Well maybe on page 650).
Naturally, you shouldn’t use it for personal info.

            Cheers

            Chris.

if your looking for stuff that cant be found on google , you could try www.info.com it is also a search engine, but it searches google and 10 - 12 of the other top ses.

I'd have to agree with bill and vh , the possibility of a privacy leak just isnt for me.
