    help! need cpanel log in and password!

    aloha this is jonathan wolf with www.dragonflutesrising.com

    having problems with accessing cpanel login and password.

    here is what i think i know vodahost username: jon11hawaii
    cpanel user name : k???????? (also my webmail username)

    i dont know the password for either. have saved in a browser as a bunch of ***

    No one here can send you anything. We don't have access to the customers details.

    You have a number of options:
    1,. You can look in your saved mails for the welcome mail sent by VH (which contains your username and password)

    2. If you ever connected to your account using FTP, and it has your details stored, connect again, and look in the report window, it will display your username and password.

    3. If you CAN connect to your cpanel (because it probably has the login details stored) go in your Control Panel and change your password to a new one

    4. Last, you can ask VH to reset your password

    The username remains the same: kq.......
