Hey All,

I found this image editing program while searching for a photoshop substitute. Although it doesnt have all of the bells and whistles that photoshop does, it is still a powerful editor. Photo Filtre has a short learning curve, it's really simple to use. If I can use it anyone can. One of the best features is it's price tag. Photo Filtre is 100% FREEWARE. No Trials or partially featured program here. Fully Featured and Fully FREE.

Anyway I just wanted to review it, so that anyone else on a **** string budget can still get some stunning effects. Hope this helps someone.
