Question having major problems

1) the password associated with my e-mail does not work.
2) I cannot find how to get to home page and change to index.vbs
3) My domain name is: danielsfuneralhome.org and is unusable. My e-mail address is: theodoredaniels164******.com. I have submitted several requests but they all say go to the index page and change it, I am not able to do anything with the index page, access is forbidden. PLEASE HELP

Your index can't have a vbs extension. You can include your vb script from within the document, but it needs to be of a file format that can be interpreted by a browser.

Once you have a file such as index.html in your root directory it will display like it should.

you simply save it as:

index.bvp

when you publish the server will fix it.

Save it as index with no extension. The .bvp will automatically be added and the file saved to your hard drive; html will be automatically added when you publish.

Not if he saved it as something else as previously indicated in his first post. He will need to change it to the bvp extension.

That's an important clarification. I said what I did because newcomers might read this conversation and immediately save their new index page with an extension. BUT now that I've tried it, it's a moot point: saving as "index.bvp" works the same as saving without the extension; they both end up as index.bvp. :) So I was wrong; time for my morning cup of coffee.
