Thread: Publishing difficulty

Hi Guys,

I have been publishing BlueVoda pages successfully for some time for my domain "CashatPgn.com"
I recently downloaded B.V.upgrade to version 8.
Since then I have been unable to publish.

An "Internet exception error 12003" is returned
"Welcome to Pure-FTPd "
"This is a private system - no anonymous log-in"

I have been advised that this could be a "firewall" issue.

Any suggestions - I don't know how to deal with it.

Which firewall do you have ?
Most firewalls allow you to specify programs that can go and enter at will.
As you now have a different BV exe file you should notify your firewall.

Hi David, Thanks for your response.
I'm working with Windows 2000 with Norton 2006 Anti Virus.
I dont see a specific firewall programme that allows exclusions.

What do you suggest?

I can only suggest that you do one of 2 things

1).. download the latest version again and then test......

2)..put in a support ticket, but remember that its the weekend now.

if it were me, I would do both.....................
