Thread: Getting the index page when I go to website

I changed the name of my home page from www.pupplove.net/index to www.pupplove.net and saved it as Home and published it; Then i created a new page (blank)named index...do I publish this page? I am still getting the index when I go to my site. Do I need to add index to my navagation bar?

Thanks so much for all the help, I am so close to getting the site up and hope you will all visit and give me your comments. I am going to work at this until I get it right.
