how do you find out your "server IP address"

When you joined, you should have been sent an email with the
server IP address, user name and password.

Check the emails, or submit a support ticket and they will help.

is it the "activation ID"

I think you have to wait the period of 24-72 hours
for the website to be setup, and then they send you info.

i hope thats right, i'm still waiting too

Hi I had the same problem.

Go to "Web Hosting"
Click on "Domain names/DNS
Select Sticky No. 2 Thread "Voda Host Name Servers 1,2,3"
Then click here for a complete list of Voda Host Name servers
The full list will appear on your screen.

But first you must have your Name servers i.e. "ns17.vodahost.com and ns18.vodahost.com which is provided by support when you submit a ticket requesting for your name servers.

You will see from the full list i.e. Voda 10------ns17 and ns18 beside Voda 10 is shown your IP Address.
