Is there a way to publish a website made in Bluevoda to a non-vodahost server? If there isn't, is there a way i can save my work as an HTML file so i can publish it myself?

No, you can only use BlueVoda to publish your pages using a VodaHost Hosting account.

No there isn't as the HTML is only created in the act of publishing and, as Jeremy pointed out, that can only be done by publishing to a VodaHost server.
